1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MapPoster website and application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Output and Usage

MapPoster allows you to generate custom map images. The quality and accuracy of the maps depend on third-party data providers (such as Mapbox and OpenStreetMap). We do not guarantee the geographical accuracy of the generated images.

• Personal Use: Images generated on the free tier (watermarked) are for personal use only.
• Commercial Use: Premium exports (unwatermarked, high resolution) may be printed and used for personal or limited commercial purposes, provided you adhere to the underlying licensing requirements of the map data providers (OpenStreetMap).

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for premium exports are processed securely through Stripe. Because the digital product (the high-resolution image) is generated and delivered instantly upon payment success, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a premium export has been initiated, except in cases where a technical error on our platform prevented the delivery of the file.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass the paywall, payment links, or watermark systems through automated scripts or URL manipulations.
• Resell the core map generation service as an API or automated tool.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
