How do I re-download a premium export?

After completing your purchase, you are redirected back to MapPoster where your download starts automatically. If the download didn't trigger, return to mapposter.xyz in the same browser you used to pay and your export will be ready. If you still have trouble, email us with your payment confirmation and we'll send your file directly.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Simply email us with your order details and we'll process your refund right away. Refunds for digital exports are handled by Paddle; refunds for printed posters are handled by Stripe. Both typically take 5-10 business days.

Do you offer commercial licenses?

Personal use is included with every purchase. For commercial use, such as reselling prints, using map artwork in products, or integrating with your platform, please reach out to discuss licensing options and volume pricing.

Is my data safe?

Yes. MapPoster generates your poster entirely in your browser. No map designs, locations, or personal data are uploaded to our servers. Payment processing is handled securely by Paddle. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
